I met Joe when was 19 and I was 23. We worked at #1 Parkway, in Motor Vehicles. We became instant friends and later we referred to each other as brother and sister. Joe and I texted often and spoke many times. One day he came to visit me in just before he purchased his home in Ocean City, MD. I had not seen him in years because we both retired and I moved to Mardela Springs, Maryland. The day he visited me was a a total surprize and one filled with much joy. We reminisced on our time spent as clerks and the peoe we knew. Joe was always good and kind and I am truly surprised and sadden by his passing. We will be together again, "My brother from another mother". Rest in piece my true dear friend. I will always love you.

My sincere condolences to Cathy and her son and family on the loss of my dear friend of 45 years. We had great times and memories of our time working at Bell of PA and on our company championship softball team. Joe was always the life of the party and if everyone on this earth were like Joe, our world would be a better place. He is and will always be one of the best individuals I have ever known. May you rest in peace my friend.
