Clara C. Molinario (nee Bach) age 87 of Tinicum Twp. (Essington) passed away peacefully on Friday July 9, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 1, 1934 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Anna and Paul Bosak.
After getting married, Claire moved to New Orleans to start a family. She settled in Clifton Heights, PA where she dedicated her life to raising her growing brood. She was active in the children’s school and sports interests. Inspired by this experience with her own young children, she decided to return to school and received her Associates Degree in Applied Science from DCCC and was an educator for over 40 years. She was happiest working with toddlers and when her grandchildren attended day care where she worked.
She loved reading, gardening, volunteering at a thrift store and with Habitat for Humanity, traveling with her family, cheating at Sudoku and crossword puzzles, watching old movies, listening to music, going to see the Mummers, spending time with her grandchildren and cheering them on at numerous sporting events. Claire never met a stranger and people responded in kind. When asked how to say her last name, she’d often reply, ”Sing it” and sing it she would! Claire’s use of language often had family and friends laughing- but she didn’t try to be funny- it was just how she put words together. It was this enthusiasm for life that prompted her children and grandchildren to include her in their experiences- she welcomed new places, foods and encounters like a wide-eyed kid. Her passing has left a gaping hole in the hearts of her family and many friends.
In addition to her parents, Claire was preceded in death by her husband, Frank “Ray” Molinario and children Mary R. Molinario and Michael P. Molinario
Children – Clara Anne Moschella, Frank Molinario, Laura Molinario, Margaret Randriamamonjy.
